Steve awarded Ulysses Medal at UCD Dublin
December 19, 2014
Steve has been awarded the Ulysses Medal from UCD Dublin in recognition of the research contributions made throughout his career, specifically for the development of new methods for the formation of C–C, C–N, and C–F bonds. These methods have had a significant impact on industrial chemical research, especially in the area of medcinal chemistry.
The UCD Ulysses Medal, the highest honor the university can bestow, was founded in 2005 to highlight the career of UCD alumnus James Joyce. Congrats, Steve!
