Abstract:

Amphiphilic phosphine ligands were prepared and utilized in palladium-catalyzed Suzuki–Miyaura and Sonogashira coupling reactions in water or water/organic biphasic solvents, providing excellent yields of functionalized biaryls and aryl alkynes, respectively.
