Abstract:
The enantioselective hydrosilylation of imines catalyzed by an (EBTHI) Ti (EBTHI=ethylene-bis(eta(5)-tetrahydroindenyl)) species was applied to the synthesis of NPS R-568, an active compound for the treatment of hyperparathyroidism.
